In the photo tea doesn't seems like pink in colour but actually colour of this particular tea is pink. In the bowel there is mix of corn flour bread (makki ki roti) and some ghee with tea because of this colour has changed.
So, basically this tea is served during winter.

Corn flour bread or makki di roti
This is the picture of makki ki roti. Many of you will be well aware of this may be . Making of this roti is very different from normal wheat flour bread because this bread doesn't need any extra tool for making ,only our two hands are enough.
Those who have never seen or made this bread before, for them it is not at all an easy task to make it but not impossible.
I love cooking this because of it's different style of making bread.
Conclusion
From all above what we see is the importance of our ancestral things which made them well aware of everything they eat and drink with benefits. Today somewhere we are completely getting away from these things because of whatever reason but we know what we are loosing. At the end we all have one question left in our minds what were the things our ancestors did that made them live a healthy and happy , 100 years life.
